Ship within United States only. Packages are sent via UPS or USPS with tracking. Great care is taken to make sure items are well protected. The cost of shipping includes box and packing materials. I try and complete an order and ship within one week from when it is ordered. I also do delivery confirmation for all US orders and add the tracking number on Etsy in which you will receive an email. If you need an item by a certain date be sure to let me know and I will do my best to get it done faster than normal. Unfortunately, I am not the post office and once the packages leave my hands at the post office, I have no control over how fast they go through the mail system.
